The CSCMP roundtables of Chicago, Cincinnati, Kansas City and the Twin Cities invite you to join us for an important conversation about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the supply chain industry. This virtual event will be held Thursday, May 27th at 3:00 p.m. CST/4:00 p.m. EST.
In a Supply Chain Management Review survey of 298 supply chain professionals from November – December 2020, 59% of surveyed organizations reported having some form of objective to improve any dimension of DEI – race/ethnicity, gender, LGBTQIA+, physical and cognitive ability, veteran status or age – but only 23% of those organizations listed having formal targets or goals included in management scorecards.
Our expert panel will share their strategies and successes building and working with diverse teams; discuss actionable steps for developing, implementing and evolving a sustainable DEI strategy; and highlight the positive impact a sound DEI strategy can have on corporate culture, business success, and ultimately the bottom line.
